Job summary

Qualifications

  • Masters in Psychology / Business psychology required.
  • Membership with relevant professional bodies essential.
  • At least 2 years of experience in neurodiversity assessments needed.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-quality neurodiversity assessments.
  • Produce management reports with recommendations.
  • Work within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Manage complex assessments and meet KPIs.
  • Provide risk assessment and management.

Skills

Masters in Psychology / Business psychology
Membership with the British Psychological Society (BPS)
2+ years experience delivering neurodiversity assessments
Knowledge of assistive technology for neurodiversity
Experience of workplace neurodiverse coaching
Experience of delivering training sessions
