Job description
Overview

This role will be based on the university campus with scope for hybrid working and flexible arrangements. Responsibilities
  • Deliver health surveillance, case management, vaccination clinics, and swift and appropriate responses to clients and management.
  • Carry out assessments in the working environment and advise on control measures where hazards are identified.
  • Work outside the clinical setting, supporting managers with advice to maintain and promote the health of the workforce.
  • Collaborate with a team that includes Occupational Health Practitioners, an Occupational Health Technician, part-time Physicians, and a small business support function to provide a full remit of occupational health services to employees and some services to medical and healthcare students.

The Service currently employs a team of Occupational Health Practitioners, an Occupational Health Technician and part-time Physicians, plus a small business support function, delivering comprehensive occupational health services.
