A community health organization is seeking a Community Nursing Associate in Droitwich Spa for part-time evening shifts. The role involves providing essential patient care at home, working collaboratively within a countywide team, and supporting patients to prevent hospital admissions. Part time post 20 hours working between 18:30-23:30 over 7 day rota based at Kidderminster. This is a role as a Community Nursing Associate as part of the evening and night team working 18:30-23:30 over 4 evenings a week. The team is a countywide team which is centrally based in Droitwich with satellite bases in Worcester, Evesham, Bromsgrove and Kidderminster. They visit patients in their own home and support them in remaining at home and preventing admission to hospital and supporting early discharge from hospital. This post will be primarily based in the North of the county from either Bromsgrove or Kidderminster. The post is all worked as unsocial hours hence picking up pay enhancements for all hours worked which makes this post more attractive. More money for less hours.
