A healthcare organization in England is seeking enthusiastic nursing assistants to join their team on Sandpiper Ward. The role involves providing direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses. Candidates will receive training to complete a Level 3 apprenticeship qualification in a supportive environment, promoting high standards of patient care and teamwork.
As an apprentice within RDaSH you will gain experience, learn work-related skills and obtain the tools needed to thrive. An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. Around 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying, leading to a nationally recognised qualification. Apprenticeships can help you develop the skills, knowledge and know-how to embark on a successful and fulfilling career within the health service. We are a vibrant, activity driven ward that promotes person centred care which supports both our patients and their carers. Candidates must demonstrate a compassionate and caring attitude towards their patients and be able to deliver a high standard of care. We are looking for people who share our Trust values and enjoy working in a rewarding environment as part of a busy and effective team.
RDaSH offers this post alongside the opportunity to complete a Level 3 apprenticeship qualification relevant to the role, for applicants who do not already hold a Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant subject.
