Full‑Time Hours

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Room Leader to join their team. The nursery offers a large outdoor play area, providing endless opportunities for adventure and exploration.

The successful candidate will lead their room to deliver high-quality care and education, creating a nurturing, stimulating and well‑organised environment for all children.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience as a Room Leader or senior practitioner (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and Ofsted requirements
  • Confident in leading a team and supporting staff development
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the daily running of the room and ensure high standards of care and education
