About our Nursery

Busy Bees London Kenton Preston Hill, rated Good by Ofsted, accommodates 47 children in a friendly, safe, and supportive environment. Children are encouraged to be creative and independent while developing a love for learning, exploring, and building relationships with others. The Northwest London nursery is easily accessible by car or public transport, with onsite parking and convenient buggy storage for drop-off and collection. The nearest underground station is Kingsbury, about a 15-minute walk from the nursery. We provide complimentary lunches and free parking for staff. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children
  • Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration
  • Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring progress is tracked and communicated with parents
  • Take on the role of Key Person, ensuring holistic development and personal care for a group of children
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment
Ideal Candidate
  • Level 3 qualification or above in early years education
  • Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience preferred (e.g., Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager or Nursery Practitioner)
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • Passionate about fostering children\'s development and creating positive relationships with families
