About the Role

As a Senior Room Leader at Busy Bees, you will oversee multiple rooms and ensure that educational strategies are seamlessly integrated across the centre. This leadership role inspires your team to achieve the highest standards of care and learning.

What to Expect as a Senior Nursery Room Leader

• Ensure that educational strategies and practices are consistent across multiple rooms.
• Lead the planning and delivery of activities, adapting the curriculum to meet the diverse needs of the children.
• Mentor and develop Room Leaders, promoting a collaborative and high‑performing team.
• Oversee the wellbeing and safeguarding of children, making necessary adaptations to support children with additional needs.
• Foster strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child’s development.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding protocols across the centre.

Requirements

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, preferably with supervisory or leadership experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members.

Located on Bridle Road, Bromborough, the nursery provides excellent transport links across the Wirral. Public transport is convenient, with Bromborough (BOM) train station 15 minutes walk away and nearby bus stops at Princes Avenue and Bridle Close serving routes 17, 16, 16A, and 623. Free parking is available for staff.
