Job role description for Nursery Practitioner
  • Provide high-quality care and education for children, following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework to support their development in a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote children\'s learning and development, ensuring each child\'s individual needs are met.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and conducting regular risk assessments to ensure the well-being of the children.
  • Observe and assess children\'s progress, keeping detailed records and reporting to parents and senior staff to support individual learning plans.
  • Build positive relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates on their child\'s progress, and work collaboratively with the nursery team to ensure consistent care and communication.
As a Nursery Practitioner you will have
  • A level 3 or above childcare qualification
