Nursery Practitioner (Harlow Area)

Role: Nursery Practitioner (Potential for Room Leader for qualified candidates)

Location: Harlow

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Hours: Ideally 40 hours per week (flexible hours considered)

Age Group: Children aged 3 months to 5 years

Key Requirements
  • Qualification: Minimum Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Childcare (Essential).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in a Nursery / Childcare setting (Required).
  • Attributes: Enthusiastic, energetic, motivated, flexible, and possess good time management skills.
Core Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years.
  • Focus on encouraging children's learning through fun and engaging play.
  • Work collaboratively within a dedicated team in a stimulating, family-friendly environment.
  • Contribute to the leadership of a happy nursery (especially if fulfilling the Room Leader role).
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: Starting from £25,396.80 per year (pro rata, dependent on experience and qualifications).
