Are you a dedicated and experienced Nursery Practitioner looking to join a supportive early years team?

We have flexible roles available - full-time, part-time, and day-to-day - across high-quality nurseries in Derby, and we are looking for practitioners with recent experience in early years settings.

✨ About the Role:
  • Delivering high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5
  • Supporting learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) 2021 framework
  • Planning and delivering activities that meet children's individual needs
  • Supporting all areas of child development, including communication, physical, personal, social, and emotional skills
  • Working in line with current UK childcare legislation, safeguarding, and health & safety requirements
  • Monitoring and observing children's progress, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with parents and colleagues

  • Has recent experience in a nursery or early years setting
  • Holds a relevant early years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 minimum)
  • Understands and implements the EYFS 2021 framework and new UK childcare regulations
  • Is confident, flexible, and proactive
  • Has excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting children's development
