Vacancy: Early Years Practitioner 8:00 -17:30

Location: Imagine Montessori Childcare – Chester (CH21NF)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a caring, motivated, and experiencedLevel 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team full-time. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strong organisational skills, and a genuine passion for early childhood education. Spanish language skills are valued but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver stimulating, age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS and Montessori principles.
• Ensure the safety, happiness, and well-being of all children in your care.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a welcoming, well-prepared learning environment.
• Observe and assess children’s development, recording progress on Tapestry.
• Build positive relationships with parents, providing daily updates and support

Requirements:

• Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) – essential.
• Valid Enhanced DBS Check – essential.
• Good spoken and written English – essential.
• Spanish language skills –desirable but not essential.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework and experience in early years settings.
• Warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with children.
