Job Description
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

- Maintain accurate records and reports in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Build strong relationships with parents and guardians, addressing their concerns and feedback effectively.
- Ensure the nursery provides a safe and stimulating environment for children.
- Monitor and manage the nursery's budget and resources efficiently.
- Promote the not-for-profit ethos of the organisation within the local community.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Nursery Manager should have:
- A recognised qualification in childcare or early years education.
- Experience in managing a childcare or educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of regulations and standards within the education sector.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A commitment to the not-for-profit mission of the organisation.
