A respected childcare provider in Salisbury is seeking a passionate nursery manager to ensure the smooth running of their nursery. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Early Years, at least four years of relevant experience, and a proven track record in nursery management. Qualifications

  • Minimum Level 3 or above in Early Years/Childcare or equivalent.
  • At least four years of experience in the Early Years sector.
  • Relevant skills for working with children aged 0 - 5 years.
  • Experience in leading and supporting teams.
  • Proven track record during Inspections.

What we are looking for
  • Have a minimum Level 3 or above in Early Years / Childcare or equivalent
  • At least four years’ experience working in the Early Years sector
  • Relevant skills for working with children aged 0 - 5 years
  • Experience of leading and supporting teams and the overall day to day running of a nursery
  • Experienced in all areas of nursery management i.e. Childcare & Education, staff, finance, health & safety and general and operations management
  • Proven track record of involvement in supporting in Inspections
