Salary: £36,471.50 - £37,479 per year per year

Here at Glenbervie KIndergarden Brightons we are recruiting for a Nursery Manager, we are looking for someone who already has depute or manager experience within a childcare environment.

Glenbervie Kindergarden, Brighton's is a family owned nursery, (50 place), with an excellent reputation. Brighton's is one of our three nurseries and we also have three Out of School Clubs. Glenbervie Kindergarden has been operational since 2003, with Brightons being open for 10 years this year and we are now looking for an experienced Nursery Manager with a proven track record to enable the setting to continue to grow and flourish. The management structure includes a deputy manager and a general manager who oversees the three nurseries.
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, driven, dedicated, passionate and influential Nursery Manager or deputy to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant, caring, and high-quality early years setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of the Early Years sector. This role requires excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage staff, engage with parents, and ensure a nurturing environment for all children. Excellent leadership skills and good organisation skills are essential in this role.
You’ll ensure high quality care and learning for all children to ensure each individual reaches their full potential.
