Nursery Assistant- Banbury

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Scale: 89-100 per day

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Banbury are looking for a new nursery assistant to join their team from the beginning of January. This is a rewarding role where you will dedicate time to supporting children within their nursery who have a range of needs and abilities, preparing them with an excellent foundation of skills and knowledge.

The school prides itself on its inclusive and supportive environment for young learners, and therefore is looking for a candidate who shares similar values. The school is looking for someone nurturing and supportive who can use their background within a nursery or similar childcare setting to support their pupils.

In this role you will:

  • Support pupils in a mainstream nursery setting
  • Support individual learning needs, including SEND
  • Build positive, and secure relations with pupils
  • Promote positive behaviour and behaviour management
  • Deliver engaging and balanced activities, appropriate to developmental stage
