Psicon is a specialist neurodevelopmental service working both privately and with various NHS trusts to provide autism and ADHD assessments. We are an independent organisation, but most of our work is for the NHS, whom we are proud to support. Assessments are carried out by our team of associate clinicians from a range of clinical backgrounds, in satellite clinics across the country and remotely. The Nurse Support Team Manager will be based inside our Canterbury Operations Centre. The core hours are 09:00-17:00. The typical working week is Monday-Friday; however, we are open 7 days a week so variations to days worked can be considered to suit candidates. Part time will be considered with a minimum requirement of 3 days. This role combines managerial and clinical responsibilities to ensure the delivery of excellent services to clients of all ages, with neurodevelopmental conditions such as autism and ADHD. Clinical work is conducted for a proportion of the week in our Canterbury clinic or online.
As a Nurse Support Team Manager(Associates), you will oversee a diverse and multiskilled team of associate clinicians including other nurses (adult and CYP), doctors, clinical psychologists, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists as well as our admin staff who support them. Working closely with the Head of Associate Clinician Network and the other Support Team Managers you will be joining a fast growing, friendly team, where your ideas for improvement and innovation will be welcomed.
