*A night enhancement of £1.50 per hour will apply from 8pm to 7am Monday – Sunday (this does not apply to sleep-ins). A weekend day enhancement of £2.00 per hour will be paid from 7am to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday.

About the role
As a Deputy Manager (RN) with Leonard Cheshire, you will fully support the Service Manager in the running of the nursing home and deputise in their absence. Providing effective management and supervision of a great team (including nurses and care staff), you will lead with passion and enthusiasm to ensure the service is well run. You will promote positive outcomes for disabled people with a flexible and proactive approach.
Responsible for monitoring and providing the highest standards of nursing, clinical and personal support to our customers, you will promote independence and choice. You will ensure the service is fully compliant regarding health and safety management, fulfilling statutory obligations and excellent overall service delivery.
