A healthcare services provider in Harlow seeks a Nurse Admin Co-ordinator responsible for supporting nursing colleagues and managing communications. This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to keep accurate records while maintaining confidentiality. Candidates should be confident in telephone communication and proficient in MS Word and Excel. About The Role
As a Nurse Admin Co‑ordinator you will be responsible for providing effective support to Lloyds Clinical nursing colleagues. You will be required to communicate effectively at all times with nursing colleagues and all external services, as well as managing team inboxes and responding to any enquires within a timely manner.
Working within a friendly and supportive team, this position you will also be required to organise travel arrangements and providing equipment to nursing colleagues and new starters to ensure that they are prepared for their duties. You will also be responsible for keeping full and accurate records of training, complaints and incident reports whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times.

To be successful in this role you'll need to be somebody who can work at pace, use your initiative and remain calm and diplomatic when challenging situations arise. It is essential that you have strong organisational skills, great attention to detail along with a confident and pleasant telephone manner. You'll have sound knowledge of the importance of confidentiality and legal requirements and will be IT literate with experience of operating MS Word and Excel.
