Job Purpose
The Nurse Triage will provide clinical assessment and triage of patients presenting to the GP practice with urgent or acute health needs. The role aims to improve access to timely care, support patient flow, and ensure patients are directed to the most appropriate service.
The post holder will assess patients via telephone, video, and face-to-face consultations, providing clinical advice, treatment, onward referral, or discharge as appropriate.

This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
