  • Managing communications with clients and individuals under investigation.
  • Collaborating with advocates to prepare cases for tribunal hearings.
  • Representing clients in regulatory appeals and High Court applications.
  • Contributing to wider regulatory advice and policy development.

A Top 100 UK law firm is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its leading Healthcare Regulatory team. If you're passionate about protecting the public and advising on complex regulatory matters, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact from day one.

With a growing caseload and exciting new client wins, the team is expanding across multiple offices and this role will be based in their central impressive Cardiff offices. The successful candidate will be part of a nationally recognised practice, ranked in Chambers and Legal 500, working alongside experts in health, social care, accountancy, and education regulation.

The Role
