The Opportunity

Our client, a top-ranking Legal 500 firm based in Leeds, is seeking an ambitious NQ Property Litigation Solicitor to join their Dispute Resolution team. This is a rare opportunity to work on commercial and residential property disputes.

Responsibilities
  • Handle a varied caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary and rights of way issues, lease renewals, and possession proceedings.
  • Advise a broad client base including landlords, corporate bodies, developers, retailers, and landowners.
  • Collaborate with senior team members on complex, high-value disputes.
  • Support business development and client relationship initiatives.
About You
  • Recently qualified solicitor (NQ – up to 2 years PQE) with strong litigation experience.
  • Experience or strong interest in property litigation or related litigation and real estate.
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and client communication skills.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused team player.
