Overview

Location: East Finchley

Days: Monday – Friday

Hours: 1pm-7pm (Term Time) 8am-6pm (Holiday)

Salary: £400 Net a week averaged out for whole year

Start Date: September 2022

Two lovely well-behaved children, a girl aged 12 and a boy aged 10 living in East Finchley, are looking for a caring, bubbly person as a nanny. Their daughter attends Northbridge school in Hampstead, and their son Heathside Prep also in Hampstead village.

Responsibilities

• During school times: come to their house, cook an evening meal for the children, pick up the children, help with homework, and keep them busy and entertained until the parents return from work. Terms are 1pm-7pm every day.
• Holidays: full-time hours from 8am-6pm; overall the year the role is effectively full-time.
• Plan playdates, camps and activities during holidays. Support homework and exam preparation (11+ for the son, revision for the daughter).
• Encourage downtime by reading together or playing outside where possible.
• Light help around the house and various jobs related to running the household.
• Engage and entertain the children, communicate effectively with both children and parents. Travel could be required; a car is provided for your use and driving is essential.
