As part of our ongoing partnership with Clinigen Korn Ferry is looking for a NPI Analyst to support Clinigens growing global markets.

As NPI analyst you will be responsible for leading the development, collection, analysis and utilisation of data to inform strategic decision‑making for the business globally.

Working closely with the business development team you’ll also collaborate cross‑functionally researching product acquisition and licensing targets to produce and develop commercially focused business proposals.

By leveraging data to overcome any challenges and understand partner company requirements this is a great opportunity to drive the future direction of Clinigen.

How you’ll add value:
  • Coordinate due diligence of licensing and distribution opportunities
  • Be responsible for the project brief, acting as SME on the product disease area and territory objective of the business plan and deadline date and liaise with the commercial team to ensure successful hand‑off once complete
  • Take ownership of researching the product and market through data and knowledge acquisition, leveraging patient data and product information and work with partner companies to understand challenges
  • Interpret data from a range of clinical and medical sources, interpreting them into formats suitable for the commercial world
  • Develop excellent knowledge of the relevant regulatory, healthcare, pharmaceutical and reimbursement environments for each project
  • Work cross‑functionally with a range of Clinigen teams to lead and implement commercial strategies, plans and proposals and update relevant stakeholders on project status and success
  • Identify, research and analyse pharmaceutical assets which fit a defined target profile
About you:
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Degree educated in a science‑focused subject
  • Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical development cycles and new product introduction within life sciences gained in a commercial environment
  • Demonstrable experience in pharmaceutical industry within a product launch or medical marketing type role
  • Knowledge of epidemiology and clinical data trends
  • Experience in market and asset analysis relating to medicines
  • Adaptable and self‑motivated with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently
  • Ability to work across various therapeutic areas and various markets primarily Europe
  • Resourceful with strong analytical skills, with ability to draw conclusions that are data‑driven and rational
  • Skills: Microsoft Office – particularly PowerPoint and Excel

This is a UK based remote role that will require ad hoc travel to the Clinigen offices and client locations.
