Overview

Join our lively and creative workplace where your main role will be to help craft delicious, high-quality ice cream and water ice mixes. You\'ll also work alongside our innovation team and customers, developing exciting new product samples.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating ice cream and water ice mixes inspired by different ideas as part of the on-site New Product Development (NPD) team.
  • Help keep the workspace clean and hygienic, report issues with kitchen equipment, and monitor factors that could affect mixes (e.g., consistency).
  • Track ingredients to ensure sufficient supplies and assist with freezing the product.
  • Receive hands-on training and contribute to understanding how the pilot plant operates and your responsibilities within it.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum GCSE level education or equivalent.
  • Basic IT skills; strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work to deadlines; good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexibility with working hours and experience working under pressure in a manufacturing environment is valued.
