Care New England, a fully integrated health system serving residents throughout Rhode Island is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide care management for our Geriatric patients with Integra. Integra is a community of doctors, nurses, social workers, pharmacists, community health workers, and patients working together to improve the health and well-being of our community.

Position Highlights

• Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 4:30pm schedule with rotational paid call
