A leading children's hospital in London is seeking a Non-Executive Director to provide strategic oversight and governance. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background, experience in complex capital projects, and board-level leadership. We are now seeking to appoint an exceptional individual to our Board of Directors as Non-Executive Director. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction, oversight and governance of an internationally recognised children’s hospital.
We are looking for a Non-Executive Director with a strong financial background, ideally with experience at multinational level, and with knowledge of complex capital projects and experience in construction or property investment services. You will provide strategic oversight and assurance of our long-term redevelopment plans from a construction and financial perspective. You will bring board-level experience in large, complex and evolving organisations and a clear commitment to excellence in patient and family experience. This individual will serve on the Audit Committee and one of the following:
Successful candidates will be strategic, inclusive and values-led leaders with experience of working at or near Board level. You will demonstrate sound judgement, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyse complex information, offer constructive challenge and support, and champion our mission and values.
