Nightshift Administrator

Location: Remote

Contract Type: 6 months FTC

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Nightshift Administrator to join our Maintenance division on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract on a rota basis with a 4 on 4 off shift rotation. This role is key to ensuring seamless overnight operations providing essential administrative support and being the first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

Working closely with our WM Operations Manager and wider field teams you’ll play a vital role in keeping our 24/7 service running smoothly while upholding the highest standards of client service compliance and health & safety.

What You’ll Do
  • Act as the first line of support for enquiries ensuring accurate and timely responses.
  • Maintain and update operational systems raising issues where escalation is required.
  • Provide real‑time support to field teams during operational hours.
  • Monitor inboxes, triage requests and allocate tasks to ensure efficient workflows.
  • Raise Health & Safety reports and ensure compliance at all times.
  • Take ownership of allocated projects supporting audits, data reporting and wider business initiatives.
  • Collaborate across teams to support both planned and reactive operational needs.
What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across teams and stakeholders.

Confident using MS Office tools (Excel, Power BI, Teams).

Organised, results‑focused and resilient under pressure.

A collaborative team player who can work independently and take initiative.

Experience in client liaison and handling operational queries.

Desirable
  • Knowledge of project/programme management.
  • Experience in Winter & Grounds Maintenance contract management.
