A grounds maintenance company in the UK is seeking a proactive Nightshift Administrator to ensure seamless overnight operations. We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Nightshift Administrator to join our Maintenance division on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract on a rota basis with a 4 on 4 off shift rotation. This role is key to ensuring seamless overnight operations providing essential administrative support and being the first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
Working closely with our WM Operations Manager and wider field teams you’ll play a vital role in keeping our 24/7 service running smoothly while upholding the highest standards of client service compliance and health & safety.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across teams and stakeholders.
Confident using MS Office tools (Excel, Power BI, Teams).
Organised, results‑focused and resilient under pressure.
A collaborative team player who can work independently and take initiative.
Experience in client liaison and handling operational queries.
