Job responsibilities

We are looking for a confident Night Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You'll be working 42 hours a week(Nights Only 19:30pm - 08:30am), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at The Fields.

The Fields is a specialist residential service in Sheffield, South Yorkshire for adults with learning disabilities who may have behaviours that challenge as well as associated complex needs.

We find out their strengths, abilities and preferences so that the care provided can be as person-centred and meaningful to each individual as possible
