Job summary

A leading adventure camp provider in Woodbridge is seeking a Night Support Team Leader to oversee guest safety and support a team throughout the night. Responsibilities include creating a secure environment, conducting regular patrols, and resolving guest complaints promptly. The ideal candidate is a confident leader with excellent teamwork skills, preferably with experience in a child-focused night support role. Earn £14.81 per hour (our pay system is benchmarked and fair). Fixed Term Contract from February to November.

Make a difference as a Night Support Team Leader. Reporting to the Guest Care Manager, you will be responsible for creating a comfortable, safe and secure environment throughout the night, and leading our Night Support Assistants as required. Your responsibilities will include regular patrols of the centre grounds, prompt and efficient resolution of guest issues and complaints, and ensuring accurate record-keeping of accidents and incidents. You will also actively seek opportunities to improve centre presentation and compliance, promote positive health and safety behaviours, and support our environmental policy.
