A leading food manufacturing business is looking for a Multiskilled Engineer for the night shift located in Rainham. Your role will involve conducting planned maintenance and repairs on production equipment while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 3 in Engineering, 18th Edition certification, and experience with industrial food manufacturing machinery. Qualifications

• 18th Edition certification and apprenticeship-trained or commercial experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of PLC systems and electrical fault finding.
• Experience with AC/DC drives and automation equipment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned maintenance and repairs on production equipment.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimise downtime.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Skills

Qualified Engineer with NVQ Level 3

18th Edition certification

Strong knowledge of industrial food manufacturing machinery

Experience with three-phase systems

Proactive approach to maintenance and safety compliance
