Responsibilities

• Ensuring the smooth operation of all building services.
• Conducting planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) during night hours.
• Responding to reactive breakdowns and critical alarms.
• Maintaining a wide range of M&E plant including HVAC systems.
• Logging all work according to health and safety standards.
• Conducting site walk-rounds to identify potential issues.
• Providing handover to the day shift team.
