Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB / ITSSAR or equivalent).
• Previous experience operating a counterbalance truck in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a beverage or FMCG environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload goods from vehicles.
• Move stock between warehouse, production, and storage areas.
• Ensure accurate stock rotation and placement.
• Assist with general warehouse duties when required.
• Conduct daily FLT checks and report any faults.
• Adhere to health & safety and site procedures.
• Maintain a clean and tidy working environment.

Job Overview

We are currently recruiting an experienced and reliable Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our night shift team at a leading beverage company based in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods within the warehouse and production areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading goods from vehicles
• Moving stock between warehouse, production, and storage areas
• Ensuring accurate stock rotation and placement
• Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
• Conducting daily FLT checks and reporting any faults
• Adhering to all health & safety and site procedures
• Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment

Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB / ITSSAR or equivalent)
• Previous experience operating a counterbalance truck in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Experience within a beverage, FMCG, or fast-paced environment desirable
• Strong awareness of health and safety regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
