A leading hotel chain in London is seeking a Night Receptionist to provide exceptional service and be the first point of contact for guests. This role requires strong organisational skills and a friendly demeanor to ensure a welcoming experience. You will help guests with check-in and check-out processes and provide local recommendations. You’ll be an ambassador for the hotel as the first person our guests meet, organising all aspects of the check-in and check-out processes and offering guests real 5-star treatment.
