Responsibilities

  • Fire walks throughout the night, ensuring corridors and exits are clear, and front doors are locked.
  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of public areas, including lobbies and restrooms.
  • Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture.
  • Move linen to the linen stores on different floors.
  • Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed.
  • Clean and sanitize surfaces like door handles and handrails.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms and event spaces.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests for assistance.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.
  • Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Watch for unusual or dangerous activities occurring on the premises.
  • Monitor CCTV screen at the reception desk with occasional tours around the building.
  • Report every entrance on an hourly basis.
  • Ensure the back and front doors are locked.
  • Surveil car park entrance to ensure security.

Full-time hours

Weekends availability is required

Hours: 11PM to 7AM or 10PM to 6AM

Tasks
  • Fire walks throughout the night, making sure corridors and exits are clear, front doors locked
  • Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
  • Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture
  • Move linen to the linen stores on different floors
  • Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed
  • Clean and sanitize surfaces, such as door handles and handrails
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms and event spaces
  • Respond promptly to guest requests for assistance

  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
  • To watch for unusual, illegal, or dangerous activities occurring on the premises
  • To watch CCTV screen at the reception desk with occasional tours around the building

  • To surveil car park entrance and to ensure nobody come into the building illegally
