Overview

Night Porter, Hotel du Vin Poole
Rate of Pay £12.50 per hour / 32 Hours per week
Permanent Contract

Responsibilities

• Oversee the running of the hotel from sundown to sunrise, maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction.
• Manage the Food & Beverage Department during the night and welcome guests in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Ensure public areas are kept immaculate and prepare meeting and event spaces for the next day.
• Assist guests with luggage, respond to enquiries, and carry out nightly Health and Safety audits.
• Be organised and an excellent communicator.

Requirements

• Experience of working in a similar role is beneficial and experience of night shift work is essential.

Hours & Flexibility

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days. Shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview.
