Night Porter, Hotel du Vin Poole
Rate of Pay £12.50 per hour / 32 Hours per week
Permanent Contract
Responsibilities
- Oversee the running of the hotel from sundown to sunrise, maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction.
- Manage the Food & Beverage Department during the night and welcome guests in a friendly, helpful manner.
- Ensure public areas are kept immaculate and prepare meeting and event spaces for the next day.
- Assist guests with luggage, respond to enquiries, and carry out nightly Health and Safety audits.
- Be organised and an excellent communicator.
Requirements
- Experience of working in a similar role is beneficial and experience of night shift work is essential.
Hours & Flexibility
We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days. Shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview.

Progression
Successful candidates can look to progress through to Night Supervisory or Assistant Night Management roles.
