In a Nutshell: We are actively seeking a Night Porter at Fanhams Hall in Ware, Hertfordshire who will be responsible for the hotel, the guests and the operation during the night period. You will be required to work 32 hours over 4 nights, 10:45pm - 7:15am.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain our luxury standards of cleanliness and service at all times.
  • Operate cleaning machinery in accordance with guidelines.
  • Attend to guests’ needs and requirements, including arrivals and departures.
  • Set up conference and banqueting rooms as required.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of property and guests while on duty, adhering to company policy and legislation.
  • Conduct regular patrols to check the security and safety of property and guests.
