Responsibilities

  • Provide a friendly and professional welcome to guests during check-ins and check-outs.
  • Carry out security and safety checks throughout the premises.
  • Manage and respond to emergency situations in line with hotel procedures.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness in public areas.
  • Provide bar service to guests in accordance with licensing laws.
  • Complete reception duties including taking bookings and handling enquiries.

Responsibilities

Provide a friendly and professional welcome to guests during night-time check-ins and check-outs

Carry out regular security and safety checks throughout the premises

Manage and respond to any emergency situations in line with hotel procedures

Perform general cleaning duties to maintain high standards of cleanliness in public areas

Provide bar service to guests in accordance with licensing laws

Complete reception duties including taking bookings and handling enquiries

Prepare for the following days operations as instructed by management

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and remain calm under pressure
  • Trustworthy professional and well-presented
  • Flexibility to work nights weekends and public holidays
  • Basic IT skills for using hotel booking systems
Additional Information

This is a 28 hours per week role involving night shifts between 21 : 00 and 06 : 00
