IMMEDIATE START

We are seeking an experienced, service-driven Night Manager to join our leadership team at our luxury hotel in Sussex. This full‑time, permanent role follows a 4 nights on / 3 nights off rota, with shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM .

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel during night hours, ensuring the safety, security, and satisfaction of our guests while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.

This is a key role in a 24‑hour operation, acting as the senior point of contact overnight, with responsibility for guest relations, staff coordination, reporting, and emergency management.
