Position: Night Duty Manager

Location: 9 Millbank, London, SW1P 3AN

Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off 1900 - 0700

Salary: up to £37,176 per annum (depending on experience)

Contract: A permanent position that offers stability and room for growth.

Development Details:

This role will be based at 9 Millbank, an exclusive riverside residential development which comprises 201 Grade II listed homes in the heart of Westminster. The development boasts a wealth of luxurious facilities including a pool, spa, gym and cinema, as well as 24-hour concierge.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

As a Night Duty Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

  • You will have a prime luxury residential or hotel background working in a similar managerial role responsible for managing the front of house operations, managing services, parcels, keys and ensuring a timely service to residents.
  • Responsible for ensuring delivery of high-end quality customer service for residents, tenants and guests, and handle day-to-day matters in a prompt and professional manner.
  • You will have experience working closely with management to ensure SOPs are adhered to and improve policies and procedures.
  • You will ensure a high level of health and safety compliance, responsible for carrying out various inspections, patrols, uploading compliance documentation and ensuring any actions are reported to the relevant parties and rectified.
  • As a leader you will be responsible for managing your team's performance, appraisals, training, development, rotas (holiday, sickness) and any ER related matters in conjunction with the required parties.
  • You’ll already have some brilliant experiences behind you in relation to delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely and managing a team environment. You’ll lead, engage and inspire others.
  • Responsible for managing the work permits and supervising contractors whilst they are on site.
  • You are able to work in a fast paced and dynamic working environment, multitasking, organised and able to think on your
  • You know how to deal effectively with feedback, in the moment. Acting as the main point of contact for all queries
  • You will be a quick thinker, logical with the ability to take your own initiative in challenging situations and demonstrable experience in dealing with onsite emergencies and coordinating any site related issues.
