Job summary

A leading oil & gas company is seeking experienced Night Drilling Supervisors and Night Decom Supervisors for offshore roles in the UK North Sea, commencing in 2026. Candidates will supervise night operations, including platform drilling and decommissioning activities. Experience with platform and P&A operations is preferred. Certification requirements include BOSIET, Medical, MIST, and IWCF Level 4. Applicants must have the Right to Work in the UK and should apply with their CV, including their availability and expected Day Rate.

Qualifications

• Experience in platform workover operations and sidetrack drilling is preferred.
• Must have experience working on P&A and well services operations.
• Experience with hydraulic workover units will be considered a plus.

Our oil & gas operating client, based in the UK North Sea, are seeking experienced Night Drilling Supervisors / Night Decom Supervisors to work with them across several projects on an outside IR35 contract basis commencing in 2026.

Platform Drilling

• Night Drilling Supervisor roles due to commence in Q1 2026 for approximately 12 months.
• Platform workover operations and sidetrack drilling.
• Candidates with experience of platform drilling would be preferred but consideration will be given by the client to those with relevant experience.

Platform Plug & Abandonment

• Night Decom Supervisor roles commencing Q2 2026 for approximately 18 months.
• Applicants must have experience working on P&A and well services operations.
• Candidates with experience working on hydraulic workover units would be preferred.

Subsea Plug & Abandonment

• Night Decom Supervisor roles commencing in Q1 2026 for approximately 6-9 months.
• Light Well Intervention campaign.
• Candidates must have experience working on semi-submersible rigs.

All applicants will have experience working in the UK North Sea directly for operators. All applicants must have the Right to Work in the UK, as no sponsorship is provided for these roles. These are offshore positions, therefore all industry competency certification BOSIET with CA-EBS, Medical, MIST and IWCF Level 4 must be valid.
