We are currently looking for a passionateNight Coordinator, to join ourIn Room Diningon anpermanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. Responsibilities
  • Handle and coordinate all room service requests from guests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Act as the main point of contact between guests and various hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to address any issues or special requests.
  • Process and manage room service orders, including taking orders, preparing trays, and ensuring proper delivery according to the outlets Service SOP’s, and LQA Standards for each meal period.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of room service supplies, ensuring everything is stocked and ready for use. Ensure that all transfers of beverages are completed in line with required standard.
  • Handle billing for room service orders, ensuring accurate charges are applied to guest accounts.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
