Job description

We're looking for an experienced Night Chef to support a busy contract catering operation in Castle Donington. If you're confident working independently, enjoy a fast-paced kitchen, and want consistent night shifts, this role could be perfect for you.

This is a temporary role, which will be covering sickness and holiday cover.

🧾 What you'll be doing:

• Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard
• Working independently to manage your section efficiently
• Ensuring correct storage, rotation and handling of ingredients
• Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene standards
• Supporting the wider team where needed with a professional, can-do attitude

✅ What we're looking for:

• Previous experience as a Chef in a similar catering or production environment
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (within the last 3 years)
• Own chef whites and knives
• Ability to travel to Castle Donington for a 7pm start
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Comfortable working nights and independently
• Weekly pay straight into your bank
