A leading care provider is looking for a Night Care Assistant to join their team. This role focuses on the physical and emotional wellbeing of residents, helping with personal care activities and ensuring dignity and individuality. The candidate must be committed to providing top-quality care and be enthusiastic about supporting residents, ensuring no one feels alone during the night. Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. You should be able to recognise signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect and know what to do if you have concerns. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and to undertake additional training in related areas. You should also have the ability to seek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.
