Qualifications

  • Comfortable with technology and confident using systems.
  • Flexible and reliable, with availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

At ibis Manchester Salford Quays, we’re more than just a hotel. We’re a vibrant, welcoming space where personality and professionalism go hand in hand. We’re currently looking for a Night Team Member to join our Front Office team and deliver exceptional service to guests around the clock.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Delivering a warm and efficient welcome to late arrivals and handling night check‑ins and check‑outs
  • Managing night audit procedures and end‑of‑day reporting
  • Responding to guest requests with a positive, can‑do attitude
  • Ensuring guest safety and security, including regular floor walks and handling any incidents
  • Supporting with light cleaning, breakfast prep, or bar service if needed
  • Preparing the hotel for the morning handover with a clear and organised approach
