As our next Night Auditor, you… are the ‘face of Novotel London Excel’, extending a warm welcome to our guests during the night, putting their well-being at the heart of everything you do, while adding your personal touch to their stay. You will assist in the general running of the hotel at night and support other departments to set up for the next day. You are an autonomous and passionate individual, dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services. You will undertake night audits and hotel safety checks to ensure everyone in our hotel is safe and looked after. You should be confident in all aspects of guest relations, receiving and recognising all guests including those who require special attention. You will be trained in all front of house related functions and the safety of the property and people to support your success in the role. By joining us as a Night Auditor, you will become part of a friendly team of 16 talents. Our hotel offers 257 rooms, 13 fully equipped meeting rooms, a Gym with sauna and steam room, parking area, and the Upper Deck Restaurant and bar with view on the river and the Excel Exhibition Centre. You will need to be fluent in English and have sufficient experience in a customer service role. • Participate in front-of-house functions and safety training to support role success.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is preferable
• Fluency in English
• Similar or equivalent experience preferred
• Telephone and guest relations etiquette and skills
• Must have the Right to Work in the UK
