OVERVIEW OF DUTIES FOR NIGHT AUDITOR TEAM MEMBER
- Handle and resolve any guest feedback and is able to handle them in the most efficient and satisfying manner
- Greet, check‑in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
- Take initiative to add a personalised experience
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up‑selling
- Front Office operations including nights
- Welcomes guests as soon as they arrive with care and attention, with a personalised approach
- Handle guest correspondences on telephone, emails, fax, face‑to‑face and ensure prompt follow‑ups
- Manage daily room inventory and coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure requested rooms are available according to arrival times
- To ensure that credit & cash handling procedures are followed as per the company policy
- Handle overbooking/out bookings to maximise occupancy
- Be ready to assist-vos stage of the guests stay, from welcome to farewell
- Promoting company’s ALL loyalty programme

- Manage guest accounts, post charges, and reconcile paymentshog accurately
- Generate and analyse daily financial reports
- Perform end‑of‑day auditing procedures and balance accounts
- Provide excellent customer service during overnight check‑ins and check‑outs
- Assist guests with inquiries and requests, ensuring their needs are met promptly
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues

Qualifications
