Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide NHS Health Checks in various community venues.
  • Source and set up new health check clinics.
  • Register clients and record health measurements accurately.
  • Empower clients to improve their health and signpost them to relevant services.
  • Develop relations with health professionals for effective patient referrals.
