You will work at Thornford Park, a combination of medium secure and low secure units, providing personalized assessment and treatment programs for males with mental illness, complex care needs, or personality disorders.
As a newly qualified Registered Nurse, you will be automatically enrolled onto Elysium\'s Preceptorship Academy, where you will receive 12 months of expert support, training, and supervision to help you grow into a confident, autonomous professional. You will work 37.5 hours per week (12-hour shifts) at Thornford Park, helping people with mental health conditions through their recovery pathway. Your role will involve working alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide personalized assessment and treatment programs for service users, some of whom may have histories of offending or have failed in previous placements.
