TSR Legal are working with a highly successful full service firm with offices in Central Bristol who are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor / Associate.

The Role & Responsibilities:

• Managing and running a full caseload (Non Panel Work)
• Dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing, to include: Freehold/Leasehold sales and purchases; Transfers of Equity; re‑mortgages; new builds; buy to let.
• Communicating with clients to receive instructions and give advice.

Requirements

• Preferably 2-4years PQE
• Be able to handle their own caseload
• Have a strong technical proficiency
• Be committed to high levels of client care and communication
• Have excellent organisational and communication skills
• Be a strong team player
