Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and online platforms.
  • Conduct show home and development tours.
  • Follow up on sales leads from Rightmove, Zoopla, and other sources.
  • Provide excellent customer service and guide buyers through the process.
  • Ensure the marketing suite remains presentable and welcoming.
  • Assist with key handovers and home demonstration.

What will you be doing?

Your day-to-day tasks will vary based on the development, but typical duties include:

  • Handling customer enquiries via phone and online platforms
  • Conducting show home and development tours
  • Following up on sales leads from Rightmove, Zoopla, and other sources
  • Providing excellent customer service and guiding buyers through the process
  • Ensuring the marketing suite remains presentable and welcoming

Requirements

Job requirements vary from client to client but the main requirements that we would need are:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Preferably Front of House experience
  • Experience within selling to high-net-worth individuals
  • Previous property experience is ideal but not essential
  • Fluency in multiple languages is highly desirable
